Heritage LOVES Missionaries.

 

We are a brand new local church with a desire to support World Wide Missionaries.  We are mission supported ourselves.  Our desire is to be self-supporting in about three years.  We believe in missions which is why we were quick to start supporting a missionary family.

 

If you desire to be considered for a meeting here at Heritage Baptist, please read the following procedures:

 

- Before calling, go ahead and send me your information.  You may e-mail your packet or you may send it by regular mail.  Our e-mail address is heritagebaptistwinchester@yahoo.com and our physical address is 2040 Martinsburg Pike, Winchester, VA 22603.  If you call before you send me information, I will simply tell you that without a packet I cannot schedule any meeting.  Do not expect me to find your packet on your website or other place, if you are desiring us to consider giving you any part of our services to present your ministry, be proactive and send your packet. 

 

- I speak with missionaries on Tuesday's between the hours of 9am and noon (EST).  (The only exception is the second Tuesday of the month, I am not available on this Tuesday) If I receive your packet, I will call you the following Tuesday between these hours and discuss your ministry.  Please let me know ahead of time if this time does not fit into your schedule and we can arrange a different time.  If you want to check on your packet, this is the time to call me.  If you call at another time, I will kindly ask you to call back on Tuesday. 

 

- We support church planters or ministries that are helping church planters plant churches here in the USA or abroad.  While we acknowledge that other ministries are valid and God-led, God has led us to focus on the creation of New Testament Baptist Churches. 

 

- Being that we are a new ministry and not self supporting, we are not scheduling many missionaries this first year.  Our main focus is on reaching unchurched people here in our mission field and seeing them saved, baptized, and growing in grace.  If you have to make a decision between our church and another ministry, you may have more opportunities with more established ministries.  I will be creating a file for missionaries to consider as we expand our missions program and see our missions giving grow.

 

- If you have any questions or if we can pray for you in a certain area, please e-mail me and we would love to answer your questions or pray for you. 

 

- We are located at Exit 317 on I-81 in Virginia.  If you are in the area, we would love to meet you and fellowship with you.  If you need assistance while in the Northern Virginia area of I-81 please call me and we will do what we can to help.

 

- We love you and know that deputation or raising more support is not always an easy task,  but it is the task that God has lead you and your families for this time in your ministries.  We pray that God would richly bless you by giving you supporting churches quickly, and getting you to your mission field in His time.
